1 lg. pkg. Oreos
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 stick or 3/4 c. soft butter
1 tub Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding

Crush cookies and pack with softened butter in bottom of Pyrex dish. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Pour over cookies. Make pudding according to directions. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with remainder Cool Whip.
