1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. 10x powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 med. container of Cool Whip

Crush cookies. Save enough crumbs to sprinkle on top. Add melted butter to the crushed cookies. Press into the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cream softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Spread over cookies.

Mix pudding by directions. Spread over cream cheese. Spread Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs to garnish.
