OREO CAKE 
28 Oreo cookies (save some for top)
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 lg. Cool Whip, soft
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Melt butter, crush cookies in blender, 4 or 5). Mix with butter until moist, press in 9x13 inch pan. Put in refrigerator. (Save part of Oreos for top.)

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Add 1 Cool Whip. Spoon over crust. Mix puddings and milk and pour over cream cheese. Top with other Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed Oreos over top. Refrigerate for 3 hours prior to serving.
