CAROL'S HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dry cocoa
1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Boil until 1 spoonful dropped in cold water makes a soft ball. (Do not overcook!) Makes approximately 1 1/2 cup sauce. One serving - 2 tablespoons.
