CASHEW SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated or shredded
Cashews

DRESSING:

1 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Mix dressing with lettuce, cheese and cashews; refrigerate until serving. (I make the dressing ahead and mix just before serving.)
