CASHEW SALAD 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. poppy seed

Shake well and refrigerate overnight.

1 head lettuce
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. cashews
Few slices red onion
6 slices bacon, fried or microwaved, broken up
Mushrooms, as many as you want

Toss and pour on dressing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
