VEAL FOR TWO | |
2 veal patties (about 1/4 lb. each) 3 strips of bacon cut in half 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. brown bouquet sauce 1/2 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes Cook bacon until about half done. Blot on paper towels. Sprinkle veal with salt and pepper. Rub on brown bouquet sauce. Place in 9 inch baking pan and sprinkle with onion flakes. Place 3 pieces of bacon on each patty. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until bacon is crisp (15 to 20 minutes). |
