ALMOND SLAW 
1 pkg. chicken Top Ramen
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 to 3/4 head cabbage
2 to 4 green onions

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil (vegetable)
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
Seasoning packet from Top Ramen pkg.

Toast sesame seeds and almonds in oven at 350 degrees for about 5 to 10 minutes. Cut cabbage into bite size pieces, like tossed salad.

Break up noodles into bowl, add shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, sesame seeds and almonds. Toss. Can serve immediately or marinate a few hours, not longer than 1 or 2 hours, or cabbage gest soggy.

Some put mushrooms or green peppers in salad. Experiment.
