POTATOES ANNA 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
4 c. peeled, thinly sliced potatoes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter and blend in salt. Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. In greased 8 inch pie plate, arrange potatoes overlapping them. Drizzle butter mixture on top. Cover plate tightly with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake about 55 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings.
