ANNA'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 c. diced potatoes 2 c. chopped celery 2 c. sliced carrots 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1 c. boiling water 2 tsp. salt 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup (undiluted) 1 (7 oz.) can chow mein noodles 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked Boil water with 1 teaspoon salt. Add potatoes, celery, carrots and onions. Simmer for 10 minutes; drain. Stir in remaining salt, soup, pepper and diced chicken. Put into a buttered casserole and top with chow mein noodles. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. |
