POTATOES ANNA 
6 lg. baking potatoes
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Snipped parsley (opt.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

1. Pare potatoes; cut crosswise into 1/8 inch slices. Layer potato slices in greased 10-inch frying pan in overlapping circles, starting from center and working outward and up side of pie plate. Drizzle melted butter on each layer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2. Cover; steam 10 to 15 minutes, uncover.

3. Continue cooking until tender and crispy brown on the bottom.

4. Invert on hot serving plate.
