PINEAPPLE SUPREME CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Supreme cake mix
1 pkg. pineapple instant pudding
4 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes or until brown and cake turns loose from pan.

Icing:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter

Cook over low heat until thick. Add 1 cup coconut and pour over cake.
