SHONEY'S STRAWBERRY PIE 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. red food coloring
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 c. warm water
1 1/2 pt. strawberries
1 baked pie crust

Combine sugar, cornstarch, Jello, food coloring, and water. Cook until thick. When cooled, add strawberries. After filling has cooled some, pour it into a cooled crust. Refrigerate until cold.
