BAKED BEANS AND SAUSAGE
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
4 (3 oz.) cans baked beans
2 (#2) cans kidney beans, drained
1 lb. link sausage
1/2 lb. smoked ham
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1 med. onion, chopped

Cook lima beans for 10 minutes. Drain and gently mix with baked beans and kidney beans. Place sausage in skillet; add small amount of water, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Drain. Pan fry until brown. Cut each sausage link into 2 or 3 pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a 3-quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
