RHUBARB SALAD 
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 c. celery
1 c. nutmeats, chopped

Cook rhubarb in water until tender. Add sugar and raspberry Jello. When nearly set, add celery and nutmeats.
