SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter

Whip potatoes until fluffy. Add butter and other ingredients and beat well. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. While baking prepare the topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1 c. Corn Flakes, crushed

Melt butter and mix with sugar, flour, pecans, coconut and crushed Corn Flakes. Mix well and spread on top of casserole. Return to oven for about 10 minutes or until firm.
