FRUIT PIZZA | |
1 pkg. sugar cookie dough 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Drained canned fruit, fresh fruit 1/4 c. apricot preserves 2 tbsp. water Press cookie dough into bottom of 12 inch pizza pan, as evenly as possible, to make a crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool to room temperature. Beat together cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Spread over crust and arrange fruit in circles on top. Mix together preserves with water to make glaze. Drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled. |
