OATMEAL DIABETIC COOKIES 
3/4 c. powdered sugar substitute
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 c. applesauce
1 c. oats

Combine eggs, butter, raisins, oats and applesauce. Mix remaining ingredients together and sift into the egg mixture. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
