MOLASSES DROP COOKIE 
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 c. sugar (Use 6 pkgs. of Sugar Twin for Diabetics)
1/2 c. veg. oil
1/2 c. warm water
3 c. flour (you may substitute one cup rolled oats)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix molasses, sugar, vegetable oil and water. Add 3 cups flour, 1 cup at a time. Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Press with fork lightly to design and shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes.
