DIABETIC APPLESAUCE COOKIES 
3 c. unbleached flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt, nutmeg and 3/4 tsp. allspice

Sift above and stir into: 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 6 eggs 2 tbsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. liquid sweetener 3 c. quick cooking oats 3 c. raisins Nuts, optional

Blend and/or mix until moistened. Drop by teaspoonsful on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. This cookie has cake like texture and freezes well.
