SWEET YEAST DOUGH 
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour

Scald milk and add sugar, salt and shortening. Cool. Soak yeast in warm water 5 to 10 minutes, and combine with milk. Add beaten eggs and half the flour. Beat well. Add remaining flour. Knead on floured board. Put into a greased bowl. Cover with towel, and let rise until double in bulk. Form into desired shapes and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done.

This recipe is good for rolls, buns or cinnamon rolls.
