1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs
4 3/4 c. flour

Beat in flour to make a soft dough. Turn out on a floured board and knead until smooth. Form into a ball and place in greased bowl.

Cover and let rise until double in bulk. When light, shape into rolls or bread. Place in greased pans, cover and let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes for rolls (longer for bread). One recipe makes 3 dozen rolls.
