COCONUT FRIED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. green shrimp
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk or soda water
Coconut (fresh or packaged)

Clean shrimp, leaving the tails on. Combine Bisquick and milk or soda water; dip each shrimp into batter holding by tail and let excess batter drain off. Roll in shredded coconut. Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown.
