BROWN RAISIN BREAD | |
6 c. lukewarm water 3 pkg. yeast 1/8 tsp. ginger 1 c. molasses 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. salt 2 c. raisins 1 c. oil 16 c. flour, more if necessary Mix first 7 ingredients with enough flour to make a soft sponge, then add warm oil an the rest of the flour. Knead until elastic. Let rise twice, then form into loaves. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
