SWEET POTATO DISH 
Place cooked sweet potatoes in Pyrex dish, place small amounts of pineapple on top, then top with brown sugar, melted butter and coconut and bake for a few minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. cream
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Lump of butter
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks

Mix ingredients; cook for a few minutes then add 1/2 cup chopped pecans and a package of coconut.
