SWEET POTATO HOLIDAY DISH 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. cream
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of salt

TOPPING:

1 c. marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped pecans

SAUCE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. flour

Heat sweet potatoes, drain liquid and mash. Add butter, cream, cinnamon and salt. Place in baking dish, set aside.
