YAM AND SWEET POTATO DISH 
8 sweet potatoes
8 yams
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Boil sweet potatoes and yams until tender, but firm. Peel and slice into 1/2 inch slices. Layer potatoes in buttered casserole dish. Spread with the brown sugar and salt.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Add the marshmallows and bake for 5 minutes more. Serve.
