SWEET SOUR SALAD 
1 can French style green beans
1 can white or yellow corn
1 can sm. peas
1 can cut green beans
1 chopped red or green mango
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
Salt & pepper

Drain vegetables and add celery, onion, and mango. Set aside. Boil vinegar, sugar and desired amounts of salt and pepper. When mixture has cooled, pour over vegetables. Refrigerate. It will keep for an extended time. Any combination of canned vegetables works well, keep in mind the variety in color.
