2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 c. sour cream TOPPING: 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 c. melted butter Combine all ingredients. Mix well and pour into 9x13 dish. Top with corn flakes, butter. Mix well. Place on top of casserole and bake 350 degrees for one hour. |
