BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 lb. butter
1 dozen lemons
1 (15 oz.) bottle Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
3 cups water

TO CUT RECIPE FOR 1 CHICKEN:

3 Tbsps. butter
1 lemon
4 Tbsps. Lea & Perrins
4 Tbsps. water

Melt butter and add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and water. Dip pieces of chicken in sauce and place on grill. As chicken is cooking and when turning dip first into sauce. This is also a good cooking sauce for pork or beef ribs.
