MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Shape into two small loaves and place in a baking dish. Cook, covered with waxed paper, for 20 to 22 minutes at cook power 7, giving dish a half turn once. Drain off excess fat. In bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar, and dry mustard; spread on top of meat. Cook, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes at cook power 7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
