BAYOU BEAN SUPPER | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 lb. kielbasa (Polish sausage), cut into bite-size pieces Brown beef and drain. Spray a large oblong casserole dish with non-stick spray. Pour browned meat in casserole dish along with the 3 cans of beans. Stir enough to mix together. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until beans are nicely brown. Serves 24. |
