PICNIC BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1 lb. bacon
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
2 (15 oz.) cans butter beans
2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Fry bacon until crisp and remove from skillet; crumble. Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Combine meats with beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/4 hours. (Use 5 quart casserole). (For half batch, reduce all ingredients by one-half). Serves 10-12.
