MACARONI SALAD 
6 c. cooked macaroni
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. finely grated carrots
2 to 3 c. coarsely grated cabbage
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain. Prepare pepper, carrots and cabbage Mix with cooled macaroni. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. Store in refrigerator overnight before serving.
