CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Escort crackers
1 stick butter

Melt butter. Mix with crackers. Press into baking dish and on sides.

4-5 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned & chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup (or celery)
8 oz. container sour cream

Mix with chicken. Put half on crackers. Add layer of crackers, another layer of chicken mixture. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees until hot and bubbly and crackers are brown.
