CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
4 chicken breasts, boned
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sliced green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
Noodles or rice, cooked

Arrange chicken breasts in Dutch oven; cover with water. Add celery, mushrooms, green pepper and onion. Cook for 45 minutes or until chicken or vegetables are tender. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Combine flour with sour cream; mix well. Add flour mixture to chicken and vegetables; simmer until thickened. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
