CHICKEN COLE SLAW 
2 c. shredded green cabbage
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. unpeeled cubed red apple
1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. To serve, spoon chicken cole slaw into a lettuce-lined salad bowl, if desired. 6 servings.

This is an incredible recipe! We didn't have grapes or celery, but we improvised with 1 1/2 cups of pomegranate seeds. We also increased the cole slaw to 3 1/2 cups. Even our little ones loved it! Thanks for the great recipe. This is a keeper!
