Place 2 teaspoons butter, 3 pecan halves or broken pieces and 2 teaspoon brown sugar in each of 12 muffin cups. Place in oven just until butter melts. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix 2 cups Bisquick with 1/2 cup cold water, beat about 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured dough board. Roll to 15"x9" rectangle. Spread with butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 cup finely chopped apples. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Roll up from long side tightly and seal edge. Cut into 12 slices. Place cut side up in muffin tin. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and invert pan and leave over rolls a few minutes. These are delicious warm and not bad cold.
