COCONUT CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1/2 c. shortening
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. pkg. frozen coconut (thawed)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut extract

Cream butter, shortening and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to cream mixture, stirring just until blended. Stir in coconut and flavoring.

Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
