KIR 'ANTOOT SAUT (Fried Cheese) 
6 slices (1/4 inch thick) mild hard cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp. oil or fat

Dip the cheese slices into the egg. Coat with bread crumbs and brown lightly in the hot oil. Turn to brown both sides. Serve immediately. 6 servings. Traditional Hungarian. Served as a main course following the soup or with a salad for supper.
