ORANGE SPICED NUTS 
3 c. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves

Heat oven to 275 degrees. Spread pecans on ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 10 minutes. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, juice, salt and spices. Bring to a boil; boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Using slotted spoon, remove nuts to foil or waxed paper. Separate with fork; let dry. Store in airtight container in cool dry place.
