TORTILLA CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
Chopped onion
Sm can diced green chilies (mild)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Plain tortilla chips
2 c. shredded Cheddar

Brown ground beef or turkey and onions (drain off grease if using beef), add green chilies and mushroom soup. In casserole or 9 x 13 inch baking dish put half this mixture then put broken tortilla chips on top. Then sprinkle 1 cup cheese. Repeat with second half of meat mixture, chips and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving options are refried beans, sour cream and salsa or taco sauce.
