TORTILLA CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1 sm. can chopped olives
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
8 oz. tortilla chips
1 c. cheddar cheese

Combine ground beef and onion, brown lightly. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, add olives. Combine cottage cheese and egg. Layer 1/3 of chips in shallow 11"x8"x2" covered baking dish. Top layer by layer with 1/2 of meat sauce, 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and top with cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 8.
