3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot or regular sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. "Coon Brand" cheese, finely grated

Mix ingredients well by hand. Form into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until brown.
