SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM SUPREME 
6 med. potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 lb. diced ham

Slice potatoes into thin sections. Cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and add milk. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Place 1/2 of potatoes and ham in greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with 1/2 of sauce. Repeat layers. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncover and bake about 30 minutes more. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
