J.B.'S SOUTHERN COUNTRY STYLE
CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

1 whole chicken, cut into quarters
seasonings of choice, to taste
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken
4 tbsp. Italian dressing
4 tbsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 large onion, diced
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 pkg. spaghetti noddles

Put cut up chicken into water to boil. While chicken is boiling add your seasonings of choice, to taste. Then after chicken is done take off the bones then put it in small pan and fry it down just a little before it starts to stick and burns. Then cook noodles according to package directions.

After noodles are cooked pour the leftover water from the boiled chicken into the pot with the spaghetti noddles. Then add the chicken, more seasonings (if you want), cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, Italian dressing, hot sauce (or more if you like spicy food), minced garlic, diced onion and finally the chopped bell peppers. After all the ingredients are in, turn burner on low just enough to let the water and all the other liquids boil down. Then allow it to get kind of creamy.

Then sit down with your family or by yourself and get ready for a nice southern country style plate of chicken spaghetti. Hope it comes out good!!
