LEMON HEAVENLY SALAD | |
STEP 1: 2 (3 oz.) lemon Jello 4 c. boiling water 16 lg. marshmallows (add to above to melt) 1 c. drained pineapple, crushed 4 diced bananas Let stand in Jello mixture in refrigerator until jelled. STEP 2: 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. pineapple juice 2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. butter Cook over low heat until thickened, stir constantly. Cool well and spread over set Jello mixture. STEP 3: Prepare 1 package Dream Whip as directed on package - spread on top. Sprinkle with nuts (chopped). (Bethlehem-Calvary) |
