HEAVENLY BROILED FISH 
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 lbs. fish fillets, skinned
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine first six ingredients in small bowl; set aside. Place fillets in single layer on well greased broiler pan. Brush fish with lemon juice. Broil 4 inches from flame for 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from broiler and spread mixture on fillets. Broil 2 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
