Soda crackers
Melted butter
Egg whites
Sugar
Cool Whip

Place whole soda crackers in bottom of 9x13 inch pan, melt 1/3 cup butter, drizzle over crackers. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff and carefully fold in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Add 1 can lemon pie filling, spreading over top. Cool and top with Cool Whip and nuts.

NOTE: Chill beater and bowl before beating egg whites.
