SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
8 chicken breasts, skinned or chicken cutlets

Mix salad dressing, preserves and soup mix until no lumps remain. Place chicken on foil-lined cookie sheet and spread sauce over pieces. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or so.
